Free Exercise Plan from Fitness Icon |
|
If you are like me, you have trouble getting in the 150 to 250 minutes per week of moderate physical activity (AKA exercise) recommended. This is the amount of physical activity recommended by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the American College of Sports Medicine. I admit, some days, I have a hard time just getting out of bed. That’s when I look to inspiration. One timeless icon I look to for exercise inspiration is fitness guru Denise Austin. Born February 13, 1957, Mrs. Austin is the picture of perfect health.
Mrs. Austin’s approach to fitness focuses on about 30 minutes a day of exercise and not skipping meals: a practice she herself claims to practice. This brings me hope, especially on days where my schedule seems so packed I scarcely am able to fit in a sensible lunch. It shows me that maintaining a healthy lifestyle doesn’t mean exercising 8 hours a day (unlike some other fitness icons who sell fitness videos and books). It gives me hope that I can lead an energetic, healthy life without sacrificing time for my family or my career. Not only is the plan convenient, it is also FREE according to her promotion below.
Mrs. Austin’s innovative plan:Work out for 30 minutes a day & lose lbs & inches fast. Free Plan. . provides a structured plan and support for those seeking to follow in her footsteps. Following her plan is an easy way to get in the recommended daily amount of physical activity that has been proven to reduce the risk of obesity and heart disease. Not only does daily exercise reduce our risk of heart attack and stroke, exercise helps kindles our sense of well-being and fuels our desire for life.
However you get in your daily recommended amount of physical activity, make sure you fit it into your schedule. When you fit exercise into your schedule, you are making yourself a priority. I wanted to point out this promotion because it is free and does not require an extensive time commitment. Now that we've gotten rid of the top two excuses for not exercising (no time AND no money), there is no excuse to not get started. You will find that when your health is a priority, you will be better able to lead a more vibrant life.
