Here's what you can expect after purchasing an Empowered Medicine Wellness Blueprint:

1. Complete Your Health Questionnaire - You'll receive an email shortly with a link to your Wellness Questionnaire. Please complete it as thoroughly as possible, as your personalized Wellness Blueprint is created using the information you provide.

2. Gather Your Information - To help me provide the most comprehensive recommendations, please have available:

• Your current medication list (including dosages)

• Vitamins, supplements, and herbal products

• Relevant medical conditions or diagnoses

• Recent lab results (if available)

• Your health goals and any questions you'd like addressed

3. I'll Review Everything - Once I receive your completed questionnaire, I'll carefully review your information and prepare your personalized Wellness Blueprint using evidence-based medication and supplement guidance tailored to your goals.

4. Your Consultation - We'll meet at your scheduled (virtual or phone) appointment to review your Wellness Blueprint together, discuss opportunities for optimization, answer your questions, and identify topics you may wish to discuss with your healthcare provider.
